We honor our commitment to managing your properties. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied in the first 60 days, you can terminate our agreement. No questions asked. Let us know in writing that you wish to terminate our services and we will refund 100% of your management fees. No hassles, arguments, questions or hard feelings.

45 Day Occupancy Guarantee

We are dedicated to achieve quick tenant turn-around times. If we don't rent your property within 45 days of a tenant leaving, we will reduce our fee during the unoccupied time period to zero. With our marketing plan and client management system, we're confident that we can lease your property quickly.

Tenant Replacement Guarantee

We don't want you to experience the stress of having a tenant walk away. If we place a tenant, and that tenant vacates the property within 6 months, we will find a new qualified tenant without charging you any additional fees.
